How do I update a listing across other sites?
When your company is listed on multiple launch and discovery sites, one save updates them all in each site's own voice.

Shared information syncs everywhere
If your company appears on other launch and discovery sites through the same account, core details sync from a single save. Update the company name, website, logo, homepage screenshot, links, milestones, demo video, founders or team access once and every listing reflects it immediately.
Descriptions rewrite for each site
You write your tagline, short description, long description, features and FAQs once. Each site gets its own wording of the same facts, written automatically for you. When you change any of these, the other sites rewrite to match. The search engine title and description are generated per site, so there is nothing to copy.
Choose where changes go
In the listing editor, next to "Publish changes", pick:
- All my listings of the company (the default): every site gets it in its own words
- Only this site: stays as you wrote it here, never rewritten
- Choose sites: tick the sites to update, or use "Select all" and "Select none"
Only your changes in that save are applied. Each site keeps its own history, so we can restore one site separately if needed.
Copy differences you already have
On /account/listings, "Copy details" shows where your tagline or short description differs, and applies this site's wording to others you tick, each in that site's own words.
Categories and add-ons
Additional categories ($5) sync the same way on the More categories page. A category the other site does not have, or anything over its limit, is left out and you are told. A listing without the add-on is skipped; copying never unlocks paid features.
Questions people ask
- What does not sync across sites?
- Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured placements, sponsored placements, badges and verification are per-site only. On free listings, paid profile sections stay locked until you upgrade that listing.
- How do I keep a tagline or short description different on one site?
- Choose "Only this site" when you save, or use "Choose sites" to pick which sites get the change. That wording then stays as you wrote it and is never rewritten.
- How soon do other sites update?
- Changes are live here at once. Other sites follow as soon as their wording is rewritten. You get one summary email listing every site that was updated.
