Set up your notification channels and frequency

Choose where to receive notices—email, Telegram or Slack—and whether you want them instantly, daily, weekly or not at all.

Updated

Pick your channels and timing

Go to /account/notifications to configure each type of notice. For each one, select:

  • Where it goes: Email, Telegram, Slack, or off
  • How often: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Off

If you use Telegram or Slack, you'll need to set up your own bot or webhook. Chat channels can have optional quiet hours to pause notifications during set times.

Notices you must receive

Some notices cannot be switched off. These are:

  • Transaction receipts and refunds
  • Payment failures and disputes
  • Holds on listings attached to your founder profile
  • Changes to your listing status
  • Missing verification badges
  • Security alerts (new device sign-in, email address change, and similar)

Unsubscribe from individual notice types

Every notification email includes a direct unsubscribe link. Click it to stop receiving that specific notice type without affecting others.

Questions people ask

Can I turn off security notifications?
No. Security notices such as new-device sign-in and email changes are required and cannot be disabled.
What if I use Telegram or Slack instead of email?
You can route notices to Telegram or Slack instead. You'll need to connect your own bot or webhook, and quiet hours are available for these channels.
How do I stop getting one type of notice?
Click the unsubscribe link in any email for that notice type. It stops just that one without changing your other settings.
