How do I upload or change my logo and screenshot?
Upload, replace or delete your logo, and manage the homepage screenshot on your listing.
Updated
Sign in and find the editor
Go to /account/listings, sign in if needed, then press 'Edit' next to the company you want to change. Both the logo and screenshot boxes are in the listing editor. Changes to a published listing appear straight away; changes to a draft stay there until you submit.
Your logo
You can upload a new logo, swap it for another, or remove it at any time.
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. Large files are resized; we strip out hidden data.
- Once you upload a logo, we never replace it with one pulled from your website.
- Use 'Fetch again' if you want to pull your current logo from your own website instead.
- Delete it and your listing shows your initials in its place.
- Add alt text so screen reader users know what the logo is.
Your homepage screenshot
Your listing displays a screenshot of your homepage, captured automatically.
- If the automatic screenshot does not suit you, upload your own instead. We never replace your upload with a new automatic one.
- Choose 'Regenerate automatic screenshot' to go back to an automatic capture of your current homepage.
- If we could not capture your homepage, the box tells you so and lets you upload one yourself.
Listings on multiple sites
Your logo and screenshot are tied to your company, not to individual listings. Change them once and the change shows on every listing of your company on other launch and discovery sites.
Questions people ask
- What image formats can I use for my logo?
- PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG files. Large images are resized automatically and hidden data is removed.
- If I upload my own screenshot, will it be replaced?
- No. Once you upload a screenshot, we never replace it with a new automatic one. You can choose to regenerate the automatic version whenever you want.
- Why does my logo change on my other listings too?
- Your logo and screenshot belong to your company, not to a single listing. Any change you make shows on every listing of that company.
