Your product videos
Paste one link and your video plays on the listing. Here is how to change or remove it.
Updated
What plays
Listings with the full profile (a paid launch) play videos on the listing itself. Free listings show the video section locked. The main video leads the screenshots.
Accepted links
YouTube in all its forms (normal, youtu.be, Shorts, embed, live), Vimeo with private links, Loom, Wistia, Vidyard, Dailymotion and TikTok all work, as does an .mp4 or .webm on your company's website. Not accepted: X/Twitter posts, playlists and channel links - the form explains why.
Adding, changing or removing it
You set it in the same form as the rest of the listing: /account/listings, then Edit, then the Video section. Pasting a link shows its title straight away; saving publishes it. Profile sections > Video shows the same video, and there you may add a title and one line about it.
There is room for one video per listing: a new link replaces the old one, and an empty box (or Remove) takes the video off.
On the listing
Listings stay fast and private because nothing comes from the video site until play is pressed, using youtube-nocookie and Vimeo do-not-track. Visitors see the title, description, length and upload date where the host gives them, plus a 'Watch on <site>' link.
Every site
Add them once - they belong to the company and show on every site that lists it. For search and AI tools, the video has structured data, appears in the video sitemap and is named in llms.txt.
Weekly checks
Videos are re-checked weekly: one that is removed, made private or has embedding turned off is hidden and the owner gets one email; it comes back by itself once it is available again.
