Neil Lock

Co-founder and developer, United Kingdom · Software

Joined October 2026

Neil Lock co-founded this site with Natalie Lock and is its developer. He designed it, built it and wrote every system that runs behind it. He brings more than 25 years in technology, all of it spent building software, search and hosting. His first computers were on the family farm in childhood: the Commodore 64 and the ZX Spectrum. He set up PBN LTD, an AI hosting platform for SEOs, and he founded Zinn Digital®, an AI-first hosting and SEO platform. Together with Natalie Lock, his partner in life and in business, he co-founded Zinn Hub, a freelance marketplace for digital services, where he is CEO and builds much of the platform himself.
