About PickAPlugin
PickAPlugin is an independent, free directory of ChatGPT and Codex plugins gathered from public GitHub sources. The catalog is hand-sorted into categories and shows each plugin's last update date, license, language and install command.
Every day a script re-reads public GitHub lists of plugins and adds anything new. GitHub star counts and archived status come from the GitHub API, with each listing showing the date of the last check. An editor reads each project's own description and README and marks the handful they would actually try, with a one-line reason for each pick.
The site is free to browse. Makers can pay for clearly labelled featured spots such as featured listings, the top spot, category sponsors and the verified badge, but paid placements never change the picks or catalog order. Money never influences editorial decisions.
