When does my listing appear?

Paid launches go live straight away or on your selected Monday. Free listings publish from a queue after 1-2 weeks, once our badge is found on your site. Both are needed for a free listing: the badge on your website and a complete founder profile.

Can I change things after launch?

Yes. Edits at /account/listings publish instantly. You can relaunch, add categories and monitor votes anytime.

Do I need an account before checkout?

No. Your account is created automatically from your email address when you check out.

How do I get my product live on Alternative Biz?

Submit your site, complete your profile, choose a plan, and go live during a launch week.

Submit and let AI draft your profile

Go to /submit with your website address. Our AI reads your public pages and creates a draft profile—name, tagline, description, features, category, FAQs and socials. Every field is backed by quotes from your site. Anything it cannot verify is marked "not found on your site" for you to fill in.

Complete your information

Check and edit every field at your own pace. Nothing publishes until you finish. Then choose a plan: a free listing (if this site offers it) or a paid launch at $5 with optional add-ons. No account needed yet—it's created from your email at checkout.

Finish your founder profile

A free listing cannot go live until you complete /account/founder with a photo, name, role, country, short bio and at least one personal link. If you pay for a launch it goes live anyway, and you are invited to finish the profile.

Go live

Paid launches go live immediately or in your chosen launch week (weeks start Monday, UTC). Free listings join the free queue once our badge is on your website, then go live about 1-2 weeks later. Both are needed for a free listing: the badge on your website and a complete founder profile.

Manage after launch

Visit /account/listings to edit (instant publish), relaunch, add categories, and check votes and badge status. See all launch weeks at /launches.
